Your skin is the largest organ you have, and everything you put on it goes somewhere. That's not a reason to be afraid of skincare. It's the reason I formulate the way I prescribe - ingredient by ingredient, for a reason, with evidence behind every one of them. Getting to know your blend
Lyla's Blend® was created with skin that needs nourishment in
mind - particularly dry, very dry, dehydrated and mature skin.
But mature skin isn't necessarily dry, and dehydrated skin
doesn't always look dry. Skin can feel tight, lack softness or look a little
tired or flat even when it doesn't appear obviously dry.
Because Lylas Blend® is concentrated, you can also adapt how
much you use to what your skin needs. Some people use it generously as an
evening moisturiser, while others prefer a very small amount or use it
selectively on areas that need more nourishment.
A little, used intentionally, is the idea.
No. Lyla's Blend® doesn't ask you to replace everything you already use, it can be added wherever your skin needs a little more. If you use several products, apply lighter, water-based ones first and use Lyla's Blend® towards the end of your routine.
Lylas Blend® is versatile enough to use wherever your skin
needs extra nourishment.
Its most popular use is on the face, neck and hands,
particularly as an evening moisturiser, but it can also be used on other areas
of dry skin such as hands, elbows or other areas that need a little more care.
Because it is concentrated, you only need a small amount. I use it morning, noon and night, as often as I feel.
Because I didn't want Lylas Blend® to be something you
simply put on and forget.
